How do I check what kind of video and card I have?

The cd that came with my computer that would install my video and sound drivers doesn't work any more. How can I check what video and sound card I have without opening the computer?|||well try this,



go to start menu, and there's a tab there labelled as "run" , click on it.



now type this " dxdiag"



this will open a program called direct x



now in this program, go to the tab called " display"



it will tell you all about your video card.
