What is the best video card for a 350w psu?

I want a good video card that works with a 350w psu. Do no tell me to upgrade my psu because I will not! Thanks in advance.|||You're not going to find any good cards that work on a 350w power supply. The best I can suggest is a GeForce 9500GT.
