What is the best video card you can get for using a webcam?

I just bought a web cam and the picture quality is great, but it slows up when things move, also how do you check specifically what video card you do have?|||a 256 MB card is usually a good choice, but a 512 MB card is better. Get one that is compatible with your motherboard. Nvidia is a good brand.
