One is system memory, the other is video memory. It doesn't matter|||Yes it would work 100% I have 2gb ddr2-800 of crucial ballistix RAM, and a 512mb 9600gt DDR3.



make sure you download the drivers as well from the companies website. Either ATI or NVIDIA.
