If i connect a Radeon 5830 video card on an Asus P5k motherboard will it work properly?

I have an Asus P5K motherboard with 3 PCI, 2 PCI-E x1, 2 PCI-E x16 slots and i was wondering if the 5830 video card will work with no problems at ful potential.|||yes. But other comp resources are required to use some apps such as minimum processor and so on. But the vid card will work fine.
