How much does it cost to have a video graphics card put in?

I'm getting 4-6 fps when playing video games. I read that I should be getting at least 60 fps. I know nothing about computers so I need someone else to put the card in. How much does it usually cost to get a cheap graphics card and have it installed?|||Do it yourself, it's very very easy|||Check out at Amazon there are many good product at good price
